Scratch Programming for Kids
Introduce your child to the fundamentals of technology. In this course, kids aged 6 to 10 learn to build their own interactive stories, animations, and arcade games using Scratch's friendly block interface. No typing syntax errors, just pure creativity and logic.
Overview & Description
Scratch is the world's most popular visual programming language for children. Developed by the MIT Media Lab, it permits children to build code by dragging and snapping commands together like LEGO blocks. This enables children to focus on programming logic—such as loops, conditionals, variables, and events—without getting frustrated by typing errors or syntax rules.
At Algorithmics Omole, we take Scratch learning to the next level. Our certified tutors guide kids step-by-step through a creative curriculum, encouraging teamwork, design thinking, and computational logic. By the end of the course, each student will have created their own portfolio of games and presentations.
